Section 5 of the Charter of the Wacopse Federal Credit Union is hereby amended to read as follows:

 

"The field of membership shall be limited to those having the following common bond:

 

1.  Full-time employees of primary and secondary public schools in Warren, Forest, Elk, McKean, Potter or Cameron Counties, Pennsylvania, except employees of the Bradford Area School District;

 

2.  Full-time employees of the towns, boroughs, cities or counties in the above mentioned counties and full-time employees of authorities under the control of those governmental bodies, except employees of the City of Bradford, Pennsylvania and employees of its authorities;

 

3.  Employees of the following who work in the Pennsylvania locations named: 

 

Warren Public Library, Warren County,

West Penn Oil Company, Inc., Warren,

Pennco, Inc., Clarendon,

Exotic Metals, a subsidiary of Masco Industries, Ridgway,

Coates, Way and Anderson, Certified Public Accountants, Warren or Bradford,

Alpha Sintered Metals, Inc., Ridgway,

Central Care Center, Warren,

M.C.M. Enterprises, Russell,

Warren-Forest Counties Economic Opportunity Council, Warren,

Lloyd-Smith Company, Inc., Bradford or Brookville,

Burns & Burns Associates, Inc., Warren,

Sweden Valley Manor, Coudersport,

Experience, Inc., Warren,

Federal Corrections Institution, McKean, Lafayette Township, McKean County,

4.  Employees of the Rouse Home, a home under the direction of the Warren County Commissioners through an administrator, who work in Youngsville, Warren County, Pennsylvania;

 

5.  Employees, doctors, medical staff and technicians who work at Charles Cole Memorial Hospital or its subsidiaries, Cole Medical Center, Inc., Cole Care, Inc., and Herdorn, Inc., in Coudersport, Pennsylvania; volunteers who work at the above facilities under supervision of their staffs; medical employees of staff doctors of the above facilities;

 

6.  Employees of Pennsylvania General Energy Corporation who work in or are paid from Warren, Pennsylvania;  (2/23/95)

 

7.  Employees of the medical office of doctors Paul F. Ignatius, Van W. Johnson and Dan H. Gottwald who work in or are paid from Warren, Pennsylvania;  (2/23/95)

 

8.  Employees of Northwest Engineering Incorporated who work in or are paid from Tidioute, Pennsylvania;  (2/23/95)

 

9.  Employees of Segel & Son, Incorporated who work in or are paid from Warren, Pennsylvania;  (2/23/95)

 

10.  Employees of the following who work in the Pennsylvania locations named:  05/09/95

 

            The Jefferson House, Warren,

            Larimer & Norton, Inc., Russell,

            Accu-Met, Inc., Ridgway;

 

11.  Employees of The Jones Pharmacy who work in Youngsville, Pennsylvania;  10/30/95

20.  Employees of AR Trucking, Inc.  who work in or are paid from Warren, Pennsylvania;  11/22/05

 

21.  Members of the Association of College Women of Warren, Pennsylvania, who qualify for membership in accordance with its constitution and bylaws in effect as of 1997;  01/18/06

 

Full-time, registered students of the above mentioned schools and members of the immediate family of credit union members, except those immediate family members who are eligible for membership in another credit union and so state in writing at the time they apply for membership;

 

Spouses of persons who died while within the field of membership of this credit union; employees of this credit union; persons retired as pensioners or annuitants from the above employment; members of their immediate families or household; organizations of such persons.”

CERTIFICATION OF RESOLUTION OF BOARD OF DIRECTORS

ADOPTING AMENDMENT OF CHARTER

 

WHEREAS, the attached amendment of the credit union's charter is in the best interests of the members and is consistent with Law, and all necessary authorizations having been obtained,

 

NOW, THEREFORE, pursuant to the provisions of the Federal Credit Union Act, the attached amendment of the charter of the Wacopse Federal Credit Union No. 04182 is hereby adopted by the board of directors in accordance with Article XVII, Section 1 of the revised Federal Credit Union Bylaws effective October 14, 1999.
