CUOL (Credit Union On-Line)

HOME-BANKING SECURITY NOTICE

Your online security has always been a high priority at WACOPSE Federal Credit Union. Beginning approximately April 30, we will be making an additional upgrade to your home-banking login. This upgrade is being added to further protect you from identity theft. These changes are designed to provide additional safeguards when making online transactions and will affect the way you access your account. In addition to entering your account number, password, and captcha (the lower case red letters), you will be asked a single random question. Once you have correctly typed the above information, the LOGIN button will be enabled.

The first time you access CUOL after this feature is enabled there will be a short setup required. You will need to answer all five (5) questions that are presented to you. After your initial setup, you will be able to change your answers by clicking on Ext. Security located on the top right section of your home-banking page. Our normal three (3) attempts before lockout still applies when attempting to gain access to your account.

Remember, your credit union will never ask you for any personal information through e-mail. As always, please do not hesitate to contact our office if you have any questions.
